Yes, children under 16 years pay a reduced price and babies under 3 years old are free.

We are based in Lucerne and all our tours start from here. If you like to start from somewhere else please get in contact with us and we will organize the transfer or adjust the itinerary of the tour.

Absolutely, we can either adjust the existing itinerary or create a complete new one which will be tailored to your desires. Contact us and we look forward to help you with the planning.

It really depends what is more convenient for the specific tour. It is always written in the tour description, and in the multi day tours it will be a mix of public transport and private car or minivan.

We have a small carefully selected team of professional tour guides who are located in Lucerne and look forward to give you the best time on your tour.

All Day tours are booked directly with the full price, so there is no deposit. For multi day tours a non-refundable deposit of 10% will be required as well as for customized tours.

We will send you hotel recommendation according to what you are looking for, and help you with everything we can, but we don’t do hotel bookings.

For day tours:
Full payment without deposit.
If your cancelation is:

• More than 7 days prior to the tour: 100% refund
• Between 6 days – 2 days prior to the tour: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours prior to the tour: no refund

For multi day tours:
The booking is made, once the 10% non-refundable deposit has been received.
If your cancelation is:

• More than 60 days prior to the tour: 100% refund
• Between 59 days – 30 days prior to the tour: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days prior to the tour: no refund
