Are there different prices for children?

Yes, children under 16 years pay a reduced price and babies under 3 years old are free.

Do all tours start from Lucerne?

We are based in Lucerne and all our tours start from here. If you like to start from somewhere else please get in contact with us and we will organize the transfer or adjust the itinerary of the tour.

Can I change the itinerary?

Are the tours with public transport or a private car?

It really depends what is more convenient for the specific tour. It is always written in the tour description, and in the multi day tours it will be a mix of public transport and private car or minivan.

Who will be my guide?

We have a small carefully selected team of professional tour guides who are located in Lucerne and look forward to give you the best time on your tour.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

All Day tours are booked directly with the full price, so there is no deposit. For multi day tours a non-refundable deposit of 10% will be required as well as for customized tours.

We are more than 6 people; can we still book a tour?

Absolutely, please reach out to us and we create a trip for you and your group.

Do you also book hotels and flights?

While we don’t book hotels or flights directly, we’re happy to provide personalized hotel recommendations based on your preferences and assist with travel planning wherever possible.

What languages are the tours offered in?

Our tours are mainly conducted in English, but we’re happy to accommodate German, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese upon request. Just let us know your language preference when you book, and we’ll do our best to tailor the experience for you.

What is the cancellation policy?

For day tours:
Full payment without deposit.
If your cancelation is:

  • More than 7 days prior to the tour: 100% refund
  • Between 6 days – 2 days prior to the tour: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours prior to the tour: no refund

For multi day tours:
The booking is made, once the 10% non-refundable deposit has been received.
If your cancelation is:

  • More than 60 days prior to the tour: 100% refund
  • Between 59 days – 30 days prior to the tour: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days prior to the tour: no refund

Are meals included in the tour packages?

Some of our tours include meals, while others offer flexibility for you to explore local dining options. Specific inclusions are detailed in each tour description or custom itinerary.

What should I bring on the tour?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for the day’s activities. Your guide will inform you in advance if any additional items are needed.

How far in advance should I book a tour?

To ensure availability, especially during peak travel periods, we suggest booking as early as possible to secure your preferred dates and experiences.

Are there any fitness requirements for the tours?
